Institute of Company Secretaries of India and possesses vast experience in Finance,
Accounts & Company Law.

Mr. Mondal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from NIT,
Durgapur and PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata (IIMC). He is the
Vice-President of Biodiesel Association of India. With more than 30 years experience
in the industry and financial institutions, he has worked in various capacities
in Hindustan Copper Ltd, Industrial Finance Corporation of India Ltd. (IFCI) and
Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI). Besides banking and project appraisal,
he also possesses vast experience in production, project management and international
marketing. He is the Director of CRI Ltd. and whole time Director in Emami Biotech
Limited.
Mr. Raje holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from University
of Bombay and M. Sc. from University of Leeds (UK). He is also a Director of the
Centre for Alternate Energy Research. He has 36 years experience as a research scientist
in British Petroleum (UK) and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. He has also represented
various government bodies and has published over 50 research papers and has 45 patents
to his credit.
